The process

When you buy an employee reference search, it is important to know how the process works

Order required number of searches

Gain signed consent from potential or existing employee

Individual receives an email allowing them to opt-out and alerting them to any malicious searches

Search commences if no opt-out is received within 24 hours

Report to the Employer/Recruiter and individual

The report includes a green, amber, or red rating for all elements included in the search

All information relating to the individual concerned is deleted after 30 days in line with our Data Protection policy
